POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Finance Supervisor, you’ll lead and mentor the finance team to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. This entails overseeing and managing the organization’s accounting and financial reporting functions such as cost accounting, payroll, compensation and benefits, and taxation.

Your duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Oversee the preparation of the group’s financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate a month-end and year-end closing processes to guarantee accurate and timely financial reporting.
Offer analysis and insights on financial performance and trends to senior management and stakeholders.
Establish and implement internal controls and procedures to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide supervision and mentorship to the finance team, offering guidance, and support.
Manage cost accounting, including standard cost development and variance analysis.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Administer the compensation and benefits program, including policy and procedure development.
Manage tax compliance, ensuring accurate and punctual tax filings.
Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders as needed.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related course.
CPA license is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including US GMP and/or IFRS.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Must be amenable to work onsite whenever required.
