POSITION OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to achieve optimized staffing timelines and high-quality talent acquisition by deploying targeted sourcing strategies, managing stakeholder coordination, and maintaining data-driven pipelines. Operating at the frontline execution layer, this role balances administrative precision with an empathetic approach to sustain a premier candidate journey and preserve Payreto’s employer brand equity.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Sourcing & Pipeline Cultivation
- Map out and implement sourcing initiatives across job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn, JazzHR), employee referrals, and social media platforms to generate a sustainable volume of prospective candidates.
- Establish early-career talent funnels by actively collaborating with target universities, student organizations, and industry networks to expand pipeline diversity and volume.
- Curate and nurture warm talent pools for recurring or critical organizational profiles, mitigating risk for sudden operational ramps.
Candidate Selection & Screening Operations
- Review inbound resumes against structured technical and cultural profiles to validate candidate viability cleanly and accurately.
- Conduct thorough preliminary interviews and check foundational attributes utilizing defined evaluation parameters before advancing candidates to hiring manager interviews.
- Route and monitor candidate milestones through company-standard psychometric tools (e.g., Mercer | Mettl platform), ensuring validation rules are uniformly met.
Interview Coordination and Management
- Schedule and orchestrate multi-stage interviews, eliminating calendar conflicts and maximizing interview process velocity for both hiring teams and candidates.
- Function as the primary point of contact for active applicants, sending updates, managing status transparency, and delivering sensitive decisions with deep empathy.
- Actively collect post-interview evaluations from hiring managers to continuously calibrate sourcing specifications and accelerate final offers.
Data Governance, Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain "audit-ready" information logging inside core Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal recruitment trackers without data lapses.
- Compile core talent analytics, including Time-to-Fill, source conversion efficiency, and drop-off trends—to provide operational clarity to leadership.
- Ensure full alignment with local labor codes, data privacy legislation (handling PII with extreme discretion), and internal corporate policies throughout the hiring sequence.
Employer Branding & Collaborative Support
- Assist in crafting recruitment collateral (one-pagers, landing pages, visual postings) in tandem with creative partners to present a high-impact "digital storefront" to the talent ecosystem.
- Identify administrative friction points in candidate processing and recommend modern updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide backup execution across secondary HR lifecycle activities and special projects as requested by the unit head.
Data Management and Reporting
- Utilize trackers to manage candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration and Support
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and best practices.
- Provide support in other HR-related tasks or projects as needed.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Knowledge in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
