Position Overview:

The Sales & Business Development Executive drives global market expansion by identifying, architecting, and securing high-value strategic partnerships with tier-1 banks, fintech operators, and payment service providers. This role masterfully translates complex technical architecture into quantifiable operational excellence, ensuring new client onboarding matches long-term business sustainability and ecosystem value.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Strategic Pipeline Architecture & Prospecting

  • Systematize multi-channel prospecting strategies targeting institutional entities, commercial banks, e-wallet issuers, and high-volume fintech platforms across global regions (with a localized emphasis on APAC).
  • Formulate sophisticated market-mapping frameworks that diagnose enterprise capability gaps, selecting targets based on strategic match rather than transactional margins.
  • Cultivate an audit-ready pipeline of qualified high-value opportunities within core enterprise software tools, ensuring structural pipeline hygiene and data visibility.

2. Consultative Architecture & Executive Stakeholder Alignment

  • Deconstruct complex global banking rails, financial infrastructure specifications, and settlement processes into clear, high-impact value propositions for C-suite executive stakeholders.
  • Unpack prospective client compliance friction points, cost-reduction aspirations, and time-to-market constraints.
  • Negotiate multi-layered financial infrastructure agreements, steering long-term contract structures through highly regulated and compliance-sensitive legal legal cycles.

3. Cross-Functional Integration & Deal Execution

  • Orchestrate technical alignment workshops alongside internal Product, Technical Onboarding, Compliance, and Client Success structures to safely bridge partner expectations with capability delivery boundaries.
  • Architect clean, technical transaction blueprints that protect implementation margins and ensure first-pass onboarding quality rate requirements are structurally satisfied.
  • Synthesize feedback protocols from early-stage client operations to optimize downstream product scaling and service delivery efficiency.

4. Market Advocacy & Brand Stewardship

  • Position the organization as a premier industry innovator by representing the brand across major international fintech symposiums, banking conferences, and regulatory panels.
  • Evaluate real-time regional cross-border payment compliance shifts, transaction security trends, and competitive developments to continuously calibrate local growth playbooks.
  • Ensure all external partnership interactions reflect deep service heart philosophies and ethical relationship retention standards.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Enterprise ARR & Regional Expansion: Strong capability to systematically prospect, cultivate, and capture high-value strategic partnerships, consistently hitting and exceeding annualized recurring revenue (ARR) targets and volume-driven market expansion quotas across APAC banking ecosystems.
  • Banking Architecture Profiling: Ability to rapidly analyze an institutional prospect's legacy ledger layers, cross-border routing, and clearing network blockages to construct optimal, API-driven core payments infrastructure solutions that unlock 20% to 50% operational cost efficiencies.
  • C-Suite Institutional Consultation: Confidence and strategic skill in addressing complex multiple stakeholders, navigating highly regulated corporate legal environments, and aligning senior executive stakeholders behind highly technical developments.
  • Enterprise Pipeline Funnel: Absolute commitment to daily CRM platform hygiene, managing long-cycle opportunity sequences (6 to 12 months), and bettering discovery-to-RFP (Request for Proposal) velocity metrics to reduce pipeline stagnation.
  • Cross-Functional Technical Alignment: Seamless coordination with internal technical onboarding, product development, global risk/compliance, and security architecture teams to ensure 100% first-pass quality of solution handoffs and low deployment friction.
  • Ecosystem Implementation: Focus on closing high-value infrastructure contracts responsibly with complete documentation control, ensuring a flawless handoff to client success teams.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Financial Engineering, Economics, Management, or any heavily quantitative commercial discipline.
  • Requiring 3–5+ years of verified, high-volume operational performance in enterprise debt consolidation, credit underwriting, retail consumer risk assessment, or alternative microfinance cash-flow operations within a regulated KPO, banking infrastructure, or specialized fintech environment.
  • Native/Fluent proficiency in Filipino and high professional proficiency in English
  • Enterprise CRM: High-level administration and configuration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and HubSpot Enterprise CRM to drive macro pipeline sequences, configure dynamic workflow automations, and eliminate lead-aging lag patterns.
  • KPO Core Accounting & FaaS Suites: NetSuite ERP, Xero Enterprise, and QuickBooks Online Advanced for ledger auditing, transaction tracking, and the generation of consolidated financial balance declarations.
  • Risk Diagnostics & Verification Software: LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Equifax/Experian Enterprise APIs, and Trulioo/Ondato for automated credit-pull scoring, adverse media filtering, and PEP/sanctions background checks.
  • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Microsoft Excel (Power Query, DAX modeling, Power Pivot) and Power BI/Tableau Desktop to build automated pipeline reports, visualize default trends, and process raw consumer debt files.
