POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Payreto, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruiting efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to coordinate and manage recruitment activities, enhancing the candidate experience, and contributing to our talent acquisition strategy.

Recruitment Support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews. Liaise between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
Candidate Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Job Postings
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms. Ensure job postings are accurate and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Applicant Tracking
- Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Administrative Duties
- Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.
Onboarding Support
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements. Provide feedback on recruitment strategies and processes.
Compliance
- Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements
Process Documentation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and initiatives.
- Capture detailed workflows, procedures, project milestones, and process improvements.
- Review, update, and improve existing documentation.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- With 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a positive attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
