POSITION OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as the operational engine of Payreto's recruitment lifecycle, orchestrating seamless candidate pipelines and stakeholder coordination within the LEAD framework to drive efficient talent acquisition. By applying an Outward Mindset and intense KPO recruitment coordination expertise, this role eliminates operational friction for hiring managers and positions Payreto as an employer of choice through a world-class, high-impact candidate experience.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
 

Pipeline Orchestration & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Orchestrate and synchronize multi-stage interview loops between candidates and hiring managers, proactively minimizing scheduling bottlenecks and calendar conflicts across business units.
  • Liaise systematically between active candidate pools and internal team leads, providing real-time visibility into pipeline velocity and candidate progression status.
  • Facilitate and monitor the completion of mandatory preliminary screenings, including the deployment of Mercer | Mettl baseline assessments, ensuring candidate eligibility metrics are secured before technical evaluation stages.

Candidate Experience & Cultural Brand Stewardship

  • Serve as the primary, empathetic touchpoint for all applicants throughout the recruitment journey, applying an Outward Mindset to understand candidate objectives, career readiness, and anxieties.
  • Formulate and deliver transparent, highly professional, and timely communication loops (including status updates, logistical briefings, and constructive feedback loops) to safeguard and amplify Payreto’s employer brand identity.

ATS Data Integrity & Compliance Governance

  • Audit and maintain complete, real-time candidate profiles, interaction notes, and disposition logs within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS / JazzHR), ensuring 100% data hygiene.
  • Validate pre-employment compliance requirements, including background verifications, reference checks, and preliminary employment offer documentation, adhering strictly to local labor laws and internal operational controls.

Lifecycle Integration & Collaboration

  • Execute seamless operational handovers to the LIVE (People Experience) team upon offer acceptance, ensuring all onboarding records and data sets transition smoothly to support New Hire Orientation (NHO) readiness.
  • Contribute empirical workflow observations and funnel tracking data during department review sessions to help identify candidate drop-off vectors and optimize sourcing strategies.

Administrative Support

  • Provide support in recruitment-related administrative tasks, including coordination of background checks, reference checks, and preparation of employment offer documentation.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems and tools
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition
  • Capable of managing high-pressure situations while maintaining performance and accuracy
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with a positive professional attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion
