WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Product Messaging & Storytelling

- Formulate target audience personas and calibrate positioning strategies to actively shift consumer perception from the burden of "paying debt" to the empowerment of “achieving credit wellness”.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Design teams to ensure new feature releases directly solve local consumer pain points and align with core brand narratives.
2. Content Strategy & Viral Marketing
- Architect, write, and produce high-converting short-form and long-form media assets (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, video scripts, guides) engineered specifically for organic shareability and viral loop acquisition.
- Identify and capitalize on viral mechanics, trending social formats, and cultural angles unique to the Philippine and Southeast Asian digital landscapes to maximize organic reach.
- Evaluate content performance analytics continuously to refine messaging hooks, creative structures, and distribution channels to increase content-driven user sign-ups.
3. Community Outreach & Event Management
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end community outreach programs, educational workshops, and consumer activations (both digital and in-person) from scratch.
- Orchestrate event lifecycle logistics, including strategic messaging, promotional campaigns, host/speaker coordination, and post-event platform activation funnels.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with financial educators, influencers, and community leaders to expand Flin's reach, brand trust, and consumer adoption.
4. Campaign Velocity & Execution Governance
- Drive multi-channel campaign velocity, seamlessly transitioning from high-level strategic planning to hands-on tactical asset production while maintaining delivery timelines.
- Establish operational campaign tracking to measure on-time asset delivery, cross-functional sign-off efficiency, and measurable ROI across all executed consumer programs.

- End-to-End Community & Event Activation: Demonstrated expertise in designing and running on-the-ground financial literacy workshops and digital consumer activations, managing full event lifecycles, speaker coordination and promo campaigns to post-event platform onboarding.
- Growth Analytics & Funnel Optimization: Sharp analytical literacy to track content performance metrics (engagement rates, video completion loops, click-throughs), continuously refining messaging structures and distribution tactics to accelerate organic user acquisition.
- Cross-Functional & Influencer Partnership Management: Strong collaborative ability to partner with regional product and design teams on localized feature rollouts while cultivating strategic relationships with financial educators, influencers, and community leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Strategy, or Brand Execution within Consumer Tech, Fintech, EdTech, or fast-paced B2C environments.
